Please test Precise and, if there are issues:

 * have Juju detect and warn/error out with guidance on how to address
the issue
 * document it as such

I don't think we need to try and work around it for 12.04.0
compatibility, just recommend folks apt-get the newer kernel in precise,
it's fully supported.
