Okay, would have been too easy ;)
Does it print:
INFO: Downloading pre-compiled GLFW 3.0.4 binary for 64-bit Windows ?
That's what it does, if I remove the GLFW folder and add it again with 
Pkg.add("GLFW")
Maybe you don't have the most current version, or something like that...
The package manager is a little funky under windows.
