Research is, by definition, about using cutting-edge methods to
achieve unprecedented results. A journal will be happy to publish
results achieved in a groundbreaking, new way. I'm just afraid that
Julia's community is by now so large that using Julia isn't really
groundbreaking any more -- everybody can just download and install a
copy, and it'll work just fine on almost any computer.
