I understand the attraction of releasing all the JuliaCon videos at once; another option is to just release them as you finish editing or otherwise preparing each one, in a sort of just-in-time way :-) This later technique of releasing one-by-one may even allow more focused attention on one particular talk and topic, thus engendering discussion.
