No, there is no such plan to co-ordinate with the 0.4 release.

We are still processing videos and fixing issues. It is unfortunately not easy, 
with multiple cameras, two tracks, video/sound quality issues and fully managed 
by volunteers. I do wish things would not be this slow, but it turns out this 
work is a lot more effort than simply uploading a few files to Youtube. Maybe 
we will have nailed down the process by next JuliaCon!
