Yea of course. This is a result of the -I flag having the wrong value. There was a space of time that this command (julia_config.jl) was not working as a result of the new use of sys.so instead of sys.ji, but that has sense been fixed, so that's why I'm asking what version it was. It would be working in the newest version, but I am verifying that now. The cause of libjulia.so not found is the link step is missing -Wl,-rpath, which julia_config gives you that's why I keep coming back to it.
