The new badges look great!  Thank you Iain for your continued effort
with the PackageEvaluator, it is really a necessity as Julia is still
a fast moving language.

Here is to 700!  Access to good packages significantly lowers the cost
of adaptation for new Julia users.  If you have the need and/or
expertise in a certain field, consider hacking on a package.  It is a
great way to give back to the Julia community and to improve your
Julia programming skills in the process.
