which was due to a conflict between the Julia libopenblas and the one
linked by numpy. It was fixed in 0.4 by renaming libopenblas, but it may
be that you have an old libopenblas.so file lying around from an earlier
Julia version, especially if you built from source. Look for this file
where you installed Julia and delete it (the new file used in 0.4 is called
libopenblas64_.so).
