There used to be a Scheme implementation called "SILK" for "Scheme in 50 kilobytes" (L = 50 in Roman numerals), and I remember that the author had a comment to the effect: "If a future version of this bloats to over 50k, I will have to rename it to SICK" (C = 100). I can't seem to find it anymore, though.
