Yep I'm using 0.4 not 0.4.1
Oddly enough its working when using the windows installer and then run it 
via cygwin...Though not when building it from the source :( Dont quite get 
the difference though... shouldnt it be the same?
Probably one could figure it out in the files you mentioned (pkg.jl and 
pkg/*.jl) but for now I guess I just live with it as it is...
