[julia-users] Trying again Cxx on Windows

So I built 0.5 with llvm 3.7.1 on Windows with the aim of trying (again) to 
build Cxx, but ...

any idea why it errors with (which is not true)?

Pkg.build("Cxx")
LoadError: could not spawn `make -f BuildBootstrap.Makefile 
JULIA_HOME=C:/programs/julia64/usr/bin`: no such file or directory (ENOENT)
