[julia-users] Make Julia package requirements depends on Julia version?

Hi,

is it possibly to make entries in the REQUIREMENTS file of a package depend 
on the Julia version?

Specifically, I want to require BaseTestNext for Julia v0.4, but it's 
obviously not needed for Julia v0.5.
