mhm.. you know that we are available on Debian GIS? Where Petter has 
made great efforts to host us on that project. But i do not know which 
version they have.

Apart from that it does not come something to my mind what could be 
added if you take everything (license, readme, startup-files) which is 
in the nightly (src-) build as base. (eventually you could add some data 
from the win release).

But I should you inform that some of the stuff is not yet ready for any 
official release. For instance i plan to change some function positions 
in the menu. I also discovered that the ThiessenPolygon algorithm has 
sometimes problems with unevenly distributed point data.
For further open issues you may have a look on the bug list, i add 
usually everything bugrelated which i need to store somewhere.

BTW: Where do you want to store that? What i would try to avoid is, to 
have it among the official releases on the sourceforge download site.
