I just found and fixed a problem with the Toggle Visibility Layer Name popup menu item. It was totally nonfunctional. I wonder how long it has been broken.
This (and the problem with Image Layres) raises the question, "Is anyone besides the developers testing and reporting bugs?" We need to recruit some testers. Perhaps an announcement on SourceForge where some of the 100 people downloading OpenJump per day might see it. Something like: "Software testers needed on project OpenJump.
