About tests:
"Open Files..."
1)I tested "Open files" with Shapefiles of a former project and it seems to
me to work fine. Files are small (max 250 kb each, max 100 objects)
2) "Open files" also works with TIFF and ECW, even medium size (2 Mb)
3) I also tested "Open Files" with my "monster" DXF topopgraphic map files
(24 to 35 Mb each) with lucky results :-)
4) JML files derived from these DXF are also opened easly.
My feeling is that things are made fine. I tried to open different files all
together (in this case vector and raster SHP, ECW and JML) with no problem
Open Project also works with former projects
"Open" has a former bug (20071018 ver.)
I sent a correction of Italian translation I expect to see on new NB (later
than 20071018)
