In the new Paul Austin's framework, if two formats use the same 
extension, the user is asked for the specific format he wants in the 
second panel.
The bad thing is that for loading wkt, you now have to go through two 
panels  (although both formats are almost the same)

On the other hand, I think that my wkt reader can do exactly what the 
former one did and more (attributes reading and writing with different 
delimiters)
One thing you cannot do with my plugin is to write only the wkt geometry 
without attributes (could be added it it's really needed)

More tests are welcome as I don't use this format very often.

If I remember correctly, I introduced LWPOLYLINE reading in dxf 0.6
