Hi,

I'm not sure I announced my txt-driver0.2.jar for OpenJUMP
I know there are some other around there (from Pirol, from SS ?)
I did not compare features (though it would be interesting to do so)

you'll find my plugin at
http://geo.michaelm.free.fr/OpenJUMP/resources/drivers/

can read :
[ID] X Y [Z] [attributes]
[ID] WKT [attributes]
with or without header and with usual separators (tab,comma...)

can write
X Y Z attributes
WKT attributes

The main effort has been to integrate it to Paul Austin's driver framework.
