I'll check in the unix script. To get a identical behaviour across all scripts.
I think I only modified the old windows script, so I shouldn't have added class 
path entries.

the windows script, firstly uses the PATH variable. Recent java jre's put a 
java(w).exe in c:\windows\system32, so they are found, because this folder is a 
default PATH entry.
