Actually, lib/ext in the classpath does not break anything.
My point is just that ext is defined in the OpenJUMP options, so that 
the lib/ext classpath should be managed by openjump itself, not by the 
launcher

Actually, I noticed this because I get a bug from openjump.exe, not from 
oj_windows, but I consider the bug was in a plugin of mine, not in the 
launcher (and since, I have fixed my plugin)
