Hi Frank, You'll find svn adress here : http://sourceforge.net/projects/jump-pilot/develop I think a sourceforge account is sufficient to upload sources from svn. What you need is the core/trunk repository.
If you want to contribute and get write access to the svn, usage is to send a few contributions to the community for reviewing your code first. After that, If experimented OpenJUMP developpers agree, you can get write access (to OpenJUMP core, or to create a plugin repository to manage the code of your plugin).
