Thanks Ede, it works with r3073 but it doesn't with r2939 (that was the
software I was testing)
A couple of issues
a) as far as I remember CTS used to stop working is it was used on a WMS
layer, it should have considered a bug.
b) Actually CTS works on layer and Category. Do you think it is possible to
defines a CRS of a project (than change CRS of layer/category)
