OK, I have made some tests with implemented features (specabar, ctrl-Y, 
ctrl-Z) and they work pretty well !
But I was speaking about your new propositions with new shortcuts to
activate/deactivate "snap to" as it was not clear to me how priority will be
managed if snapping policy defined by the shortcut and the one defined in
the option panel are not the same (just can imagine that the shortcut 
will have
precedence over the option panel...).
Probably have to try it in kosmo ;-)
