just kidding. Jukka makes a valid point here. people tend to dislike 
discontinuity! considering 
- this is a solution finding process
- SuperZoomPanTool is not as stable as expected i will 
revert the Alt-Shift, Alt behaviour to it's former state.

additionally i'll check if there is a more generic way to work around "os 
already uses our shortcut" issue.
