I added that code and also a library for projective transformation.  My
project is to get together on the warping toolbar all warping tools we have
plus Projective one.
I think I will add this capability at the beginning of 2017, after new OJ
real., in order to test and solve small problems.
"Bilinear interpolation" seems the right terminology for "rubber sheet
deformation", the one used by warping toolbox
