1) I already corrected, thanks. I am waiting few other tests, bugs (and
translations ;-) ) to build another version of cad tools
2) The cad selection tool works on only one layer at a time. The candidate
layer must be selected on th layer tree. If there is more than one layer
selected on layer tree a warning message advices users to select only one
layer.I took this idea from Kosmo where only one layer can be
selectable/editable at a time. I will correct the thr tooltip in order to
describe it in a better way
3) I preferred to keep Circle and Ellipes tools separated. In the future we
can try to decode GvSIG ellipse tools to add to Cad plugins
