Hi Peppe,
As you are working on CADtools I also noticed a strange behaviour of the
COGO dialog box.
If you close it (red cross on the upper right corner), it disappears,
but after that, any click anywhere in the TaskFrame shows it up again.
I think the behaviour should be the same as other toolbox.

2) The cad selection tool works on only one layer at a time. The
candidate layer must be selected on th layer tree. If there is
more than one layer selected on layer tree a warning message
advices users to select only one layer.I took this idea from Kosmo
where only one layer can be selectable/editable at a time. I will
correct the thr tooltip in order to describe it in a better way
3) I preferred to keep Circle and Ellipes tools separated. In the
future we can try to decode GvSIG ellipse tools to add to Cad plugins

Some notes about the new CAD toolbox:
-The "Cad options" page shows for me some extra html code
after “Options for drawing closed geometries”:
<font size="6">(Parallelogramme, Plygon, Circle….
-Description of Select items is a bit odd when it talks about
filtering. Can it really filter something?
-Draw ellipse tool could be called as Draw circle because it
can only create circular ellipses.
