Hi Mario, We saw this same behavior on a M20 router also... Interfaces, OSPF and BGP flapping .. Seens that version 8.4R2.3 is not totally stable... We did not find any PR's related yet.. We see radnom flaping of STM1 (SONET) and E3 interfaces. We also see frequent OSPF flaps. Juniper guys says, they are investigating the problem. I think they have problems with with this issue.
