 or: slot accept x

where x is the slot number of your DPFE
the root cause is that you had inserted an OC3 Line Card before, so the box 
kept this information of this slot. you need to tell the box that this slot 
had been changed to a new type of Line Card.
issue " sh hard", you can confirm of this.
