[j-nsp] Vccv ping on l2vpns on JuniperM320

Hi,

I  have  a l2vpn circuit between Juniper M320 and  Alcatel 7750 box.
But Juniper does not seem to  send any vccv ping related parameters (CC, CV)
to alcatel.
I have enabled control-word on both sides for the pseudowire

 l2circuit {
        neighbor 192.168.1.1 {
            interface ge-0/0/1.700 {
                virtual-circuit-id 3000001;
                control-word;
            }
        }
    }



I am I missing any config ?
