Hi Tomas. AFAIK, VPLS needs Tunnel Service PIC (In this case, you'd have "vt" interface, instead of "lsi" interface) More info about virtual ports:
http://www.juniper.net/techpubs/software/junos/junos95/swconfig-vpns/id-11490128.html If you don't have TS PIC, you can use no-tunnel-services command (I can see you're using it) but the problem here is that you'll need enhanced FPCs. I not sure about J-series, but I would say that you're facing a hw related issue. Hope it helps.
