We have a couple of stacked EX4200's in our network that we're just going to upgrade to 10.0S1.1. My question is if Juniper supplied you with release 10.0S3.1 then have they acknowledge there is a problem & opened a PR ? I'd be interested to know if anyone else has seen this ? as it could be triggered with a certain configuration.
