Well as Chinese say, be careful what you wish for :) 
There actually is such a command (sort of) it's "advertise passive only"
under router isis. 
I enter RID interfaces into ISIS with cmd "passive interface loopbck 0". 
And that's all I need to be advertised by an IGP underpinning an MPLS
backbone.  
All the rest is in the VRFs.
