Hi, I got very weird issue that I have never met if using Linux.
I am using notebook on my mac. If keep using the notebook, I will have very slow internet access to some sites like github, twitter. The current notebook version is 4.2. If kill all the notebooks + anything related, I need to wait for 5-10 minutes to have normal internet. Is there anyone getting similar issues?
