Hello Gordon Actually in all honesty the South-West of England does have some glorious countryside and it wouldn't be a bad place to live. The South-East is a disaster zone and I'm reminded of that each time I have to go to London. But sadly, the government concentrates on, prioritises, whatever you want to call it, London and the South-East at the pence of the rest of the country.
It has always been the cue and probably always will be the case that governments think that the UK's capital city is the most important part of the country. The London Olympics 2012 are a total and utter waste of Billions of Pounds of tax-payer's money and community lottery funding. It was a very sad day when London was selected to host those games because we as a country simply cannot afford the price we are having to pay. We're being burdened as a nation for something out of which only the select few will ever benefit. Once the games are all over, the various boroughs councils in the Greater London areas will undoubtedly turn around and say that they can't afford to sustain the development costs which they've been landed with. I only eat the pasties my wife makes to atraditional recipe we got out of Rick Stein's cook book, so not all that authentic but they taste good. ======================================== The Just-chat E-Mail forum is guaranteed malware, spyware, Trojan, virus and worm-free To modify your subscription options, please visit for forum's dedicated web pages located at: <http://mail.tft-bbs.co.uk/mailman/listinfo/just-chat> You can find an archive of all messages posted to the %(list name)s group at either of the following: <http://mail.tft-bbs.co.uk/pipermail/just-chat/index.html> or: <http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]> You may subscribe with your RSS reader at the following URL: <http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/maillist.xml> ---------------------------------------
