I always think of anchor points in the conversion
process. In Celsius, 0 is freezing and 100 is boiling and our
own bodies are normally about 37.
Fifty degrees Fahrenheit is exactly 10 degrees Celsius
and a 20-degree room in Celsius or 68 Fahrenheit is a little
chilly if you are just sitting but just right if you are doing
something strenuous like thinking about doing hard work.
