Today, it is grey and dreary with periods of sometimes
heavy rain and there are even forecasts of snow flurries but it
is too warm for it to stick so it is just boring and muddy outside.
It is about 41 degrees Fahrenheit which translates to 5 degrees
Celsius. At least we are not having tornados this hour but the
day is young.
On Friday evening, we had a thunderstorm over
Stillwater. It wasn't much until a bit after seven or so when
our electricity blinked off and back on but there was this loud
buzzing sound outside for a few seconds and then a very loud
crash of thunder.
I went in to my workshop/amateur-radio/computer room and
discovered that the strike had destroyed my 8-port serial
converter. It looks like that is all that got ruined, but it
could have been a lot worse.
Anyway, the weather in Oklahoma in April is quite
unsettled so that's it for now.
