Ok, I take that back.  The get and set methods for the WebClient were only
missing from the SVN snapshot build.  I was able to use the last release
which contained both functions.  When I set the user agent directly in the
WebClient that was returned and then used the setWebClient method to set
it back, everything is working ok. Also, when I tried using the
setUserAgent method of the TestContext with the release build it worked
ok too.

So, problem solved.  Thank you very much for you time.  Now I just have to
fix my JavaScript so that it likes it. :-)
