Yes, I know the software the best, but at the same time, this really isn't that difficult a piece of software. > I recompiled/reinstalled Jyve, Turbine, ECS to the latest versions > (which available on the 6th of Jan). You should make that the name of the database. I generally use "jyve". This is just the same directions that come with the MySQL drivers on how to set them up. For testing...here is what I would make my wrapper.classpath: good... wrapper.classpath=/home/faq/proj/ecs-1.1/ecs-1.1.jar wrapper.classpath=/home/faq/proj/village/bin/village-1.2.jar wrapper.classpath=/home/faq/proj/jndi/lib/jndi.jar i have heard people having problems with the compressed version of the mysql.jar...you should use the uncompressed one... wrapper.classpath=/home/faq/proj/MySQL/mysql_2_comp.jar good... wrapper.classpath=/home/faq/proj/javamail-1.1.2/mail.jar wrapper.classpath=/home/faq/proj/jaf-1.0.1/activation.jar wrapper.classpath=/home/faq/proj/jserv/libexec/ApacheJServ.jar wrapper.classpath=/home/faq/proj/JSDK2.0/lib/jsdk.jar what i took out was the Jyve and Turbine .jar files. The reason is that you probably want to be able to have those files class reloaded. I would put the .class files into the zones.properties repositories= path instead. > The problem is somehow connected to the MySQL classes. Also, I believe that I usually use the 1.2b version of the MySQL classes... > I really hope to get my installation running...
