What you don't understand is that we don't have a distribution yet. This
is also stated on the website...the stuff that you are grabbing from CVS
is just a dump of CVS...it isn't a "distribution."

The stuff in the "docs" directory is all of the documentation. Splitting
it up wouldn't make much sense. The way that our system works is that
anything that is in the docs directory is also mirrored onto the website.
That way, we only have to do the documenation and the website once.

Is it really that hard to look into a "docs" directory for the install
file? I explained above why the install document is not in the top level.
