Disclaimer: I've never used iCloud. The security setting needs to be "STARTTLS (always)". That should get you past the error message in your screenshot. If you then start getting errors about an invalid user name or password, try using your username without the "@icloud.com". That conflicts with the referenced instructions, but is a suggestion I saw somewhere else.
