One information more regarding the situation. The sent mails - k9 mail side - me likes to have on the server were sent in the past when I did not carry about this. So at that time K9 was probably not configured in proper way to do folder synch in both directions (inclusively mail upload). All settings needed for synch were made in the last day since I know I want to have them on server.
