Once you reply to an email for which there's no contact stored, K9 stores these 
in some kind of intermediary contacts database or even the system database.

After this point, the name in the From header is ignored.

We should be able to turn off this automatic adding, aka, collected addresses 
or prefer the name on the From header on a per contact basis(not globally, 
please).

This is specifically important for webservises which use a general email 
address to send emails on behalf of someone, for example, GitHub email 
notifications.
