fwiw, I can't add much to this discussion, but as I keep reading about all the 
issues, I have to say I have not seen any issues here at all, only, a while 
back, when it was announced that private certs have to be re authorized, yes, I 
did have to re OK my private cert.

But, with both 5rc1 and 5, no issues observed.
Use 143/587, both starttls, private cert, fwiw
