Yep, Dovecot works fine here, both 110/143 and 993/995, STARTTLS and SSL/TLS
As does Postfix on 587 STARTTLS

Same here, using self issued certs, Dovecot IMAP/POP, Postfix, STARTTLS, all's
good.
