The password reset options are between you and your mail service
provider(s), not K-9. Once you have gotten your passwords from your
mail service provider(s) you can enter them on the account setup
screens (incoming/outgoing mail) in the K-9 app on your mobile
device.
There is no K-9 web site to log into. K-9 does not have a web
site/server that stores your mail, rather the K-9 app communicates
with your mail service providers' servers to retrieve/send mail.
If you don't know the password(s) for your email accounts you need
to start with your *mail service providers". If you use only gmail,
your gmail login credentials are what you are after (unless you use
multi-factor login with google, in which case they aren't).
Google/gmail has some support pages on setup which you may want to
consult if that's your primary mail account -- you'll want to do a
quick google search for them.
