Recently updated to v5.001, and in Gmail I am getting notifications of old unread messages (like one today, October 12 when the old one was dated September 17). I believe this occurs when I delete new messages, so it seems possible the old messages are becoming newly "visible" in K9's inbox buffer.
So far I have not noticed this behavior in the other three active email accounts. (All IMAP, one FastMail, the other two are on a Linux Web hosting service.) However it's also possible I haven't had the specific situation happen yet (where I delete a new message and an old unread one becomes visible in the other accounts). When I touch the notification, sometimes the old message opens and sometimes it doesn't, but the old message Is always visible in the inbox. -- -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the K-9 Mail Users List.
