Hi everyone, I've been using K9 for about 4-5 years on 4 phones so far so despite the fact I don't use every option, I do feel I understand what I need to.... However I am not a computing expert (and don't wish to become) so I've just registered here to post my problem, probably shared by fellow K9 users.
Every time I receive an email with a file attached, I can download it but the file is corrupted = a jpg file will result in a black screen, a pdf file will fail to open and so on. The same attachment files downloaded with my web browser wether using my laptop or may smartphone will be just fine. Sending attachments is never a problem. I don't really know when it started but certainly it's not recent. In fact it's so old I cannot be sure I actually was ever able to successfully download attachments with K9... but I definitely think I was !! The thing that surprises me the most is that I would think I'm not the only one having the problem but surely the dev team should have fixed it if so, because it's a basic feature that any email program provides. So where am I wrong or where is there a solution ? Any clue guys ?
