Don, Sorry you are having the same problem, but it is good to know I wasn't imagining it. Until this problem is fixed, I've downloaded and started using MailDroid which has some nice features that K-9 doesn't have and it doesn't exhibit this problem. I really like K-9 however, so I hope they can get this worked out.
