Is there a corresponding message in the K9mail-errors folder for any of your 
accounts. 

I've seen one person previously report this, but never seen either a debug log 
or stack trace to enable me to work out what's going on. 

If you have nothing in an outbox there's no reason for us to be doing anything 
with SMTP so it's hard for me to figure out why this is happening without one 
of them. :(
