So you're sending exactly the thing that cketti says will be ignored when sent to the cketti address: "all support requests and bug reports sent to this address will be ignored."

I find this interesting that someone can write to [email protected] <mailto:[email protected]> but it says any emails won’t be answered.


That is not what it says.  It says that _support_requests_ and _bug_reports_ will be ignored. There are many other kind of requests that might (and might not, of course) be answered.
